The location is perfect to walk to everywhere and gorgeous views of the river and Ponte Vecchio bridge. The rooftop bar/pool was a big plus with 360 views of Florence and great drinks and snacks after a long day. The concierge Al was great for us, we did a fantastic day trip to Chianti Classico and loved it. He knows just where to send you. We also got the room with loft bed and it was gorgeous.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were happy to help with anything. The room was huge with a private terrace overlooking the Duamo, we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning so we could enjoy the view. The overall feel was modern and clean throughout. The rooftop pool had spectacular views of Florence and was brilliant to cool down in after exploring the city. Cocktails were served poolside as well! Valet parking no problem. The hotel is conveniently located outside the ZTL and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Florence. The location is better than anything more central in my opinion as the further in you go, the less panoramic views of the city and the Tuscan hills you get. Definitely THE place to stay whilst visiting.

The room was facing the river, had a beautiful view. The place has a nice feel. The hidden little room with a single bed was a surprise. The location is so close to the bridge, shopping, restuarants. The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage for a couple of days after we checked out as we had to go to Pisa and come back to Florence. The terrace had a view of whole city.

Loved the 2 storey family rooms which were very practically set out. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views and a very relaxed vibe around the pool for sunset drinks. Breakfast had good quality, varied options. Staff were mostly very helpful. We would absolutely return.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the location on the Arno river with beautiful views and the delicious breakfast. After much research on hotels in Florence this one checked all the boxes and we will stay here again.

The view was amazing and the room amenities were very nice. Room was comfortable and the staff were lovely and nice. We had a high floor and everything was clean and well maintained. We even made it to the roof top bar, which was lovely.

Everything was perfect. The location along the Arno made it easy to reach everything. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable (with a view of Santa Croce and the Duomo). The rooftop bar had the best views I've ever experienced at a bar in Florence (and I've lived in Florence). Lastly, we were traveling with 2 small dogs and the hotel was friendly and accommodating to them.

Stayed for a wedding anniversary and got upgraded to a river view room flooded with natural light, spacious with separate TV and sofa area, very clean (both hotel and room), large comfortable bed, great shower pressure in the bathroom, separate dressing area and space for luggage, prompt and friendly room service, quick turn around on dry cleaning, concierge was great with recommendations on restaurants & overall v friendly and helpful staff. Loved the rooftop area with pool for aperitivos and stunning Florentine sunset - do not miss!

We liked everything about this hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the main part of the city-about 15 straight to the Ponte Vecchio. The room was large and very clean, and we had great views. Our only problem was that the heat did not work as well as it could have, but the hotel comped our breakfast to make up for it. The staff is efficient and courteous, and do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
